Briana Steelman

I have 16 years of experience working with children and adults with special needs across various settings. My background includes roles as a Special Education Teacher, RBT, Autism Specialist, and Behavior Specialist, supporting individuals of all ages. I have provided services in schools, group homes, clinics, homes, and community environments, leveraging my expertise to promote skill development and improve quality of life for individuals with diverse needs.

  • M.Ed. in Special Education with an emphasis on Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism Intervention from the University of North Texas- Graduated 2012 
  • Licensed Behavior Analyst- Texas
  • Certified teacher in Special Education EC-12 and Generalist EC-6. 

Fun Facts or Personal Interests:

  • I enjoy backpacking, country dancing and playing pool. 
  • I volunteer with Autism on the Seas providing support to families on cruises so all members of their family can enjoy their vacation. 
  • I live in Fort Worth with my 16 year old daughter, our 2 dogs, Sophie and Mellow, and our cat, Isho. 
  • I volunteer at Calvary Church of Fort Worth in the special needs program
