Overseeing the day-to-day activities of the center to ensure efficiency, productivity, and optimal performance. Coordinate with different departments, implement company policies, and identify areas of improvement for company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively promotes feedback and creative collaboration with all staff to identify ways of enhancing services provided by the Center. Encourage parents and staff to participate as appropriate.
- Verify daily that parents have been properly advised of the client’s progress and work activities.
- Establishes and maintains working relationships with community partners and collaborators.
- Identifies trends and assess opportunities to improve processes and execution.
- Attends routine operational leadership meetings and problem solves jointly with the Executive Leadership team.
- Establishes and maintains credible, professional relationships with clients, staff and leadership team
Skills & Expertise:
Prior management experience and ongoing 6yrs of being an RBT. Being able to assist in not only conflict resolution but being able to be flexible and be hands on with the clients.
Education:
HS diploma looking to further career in Human Resources.
