Keith Williams

I’m a BCBA at Fast Track ABA Center, specializing in delivering evidence-based interventions with a flexible, holistic approach. I adapt teaching strategies in real time to meet each client’s unique needs and promote their growth and development.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Conducted functional behavior assessments to identify the underlying causes of challenging behaviors in individuals with autism
  • Developed and implemented individualized behavior intervention plans based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
  • Monitored progress through data collection and analysis, making adjustments to intervention strategies as needed
  • Trained and supervised behavior technicians in implementing behavior intervention plans effectively
  • Led parent training sessions on effective communication strategies and behavior management techniques

Education:  

MS in Psychology, specializing in ABA at Capella University, 2021. I am currently working on receiving my PhD in Behavior Analysis for Fall 2027

Fun Facts or Personal Interests:

I’m an avid poetry reader and writer. I wrote my first book in 2018 and am working on my second. I’m also really into powerlifting and enjoy challenging myself in the gym!”
