I guide new clients through the process of starting ABA for their child from collecting information through starting therapy. I also collaborate with the team to hire new registered behavior technicians. I have a unique perspective towards ABA because I have three elementary aged children with autism. I have walked the path of new clients so I can offer them my experience and help them through the process.

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Recruit new therapists from application to being hired. 
  • Guiding new clients from initial contact to starting therapy.
  • Maintain accurate records of recruitment activity. 
  • Maintain an accurate database of client information.

Skills & Expertise:

  • Maintain accurate spreadsheet and Analyze data. 
  • Education: Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Trinity Christian College in 2002 
  • Fun Facts/Personal Interests: I love reading Christian fiction and will stay up late to finish a good book.
