I have provided services in schools, group homes, clinics, homes, and community environments, leveraging my expertise to promote skill development and improve quality of life for individuals with diverse needs.

At Fast Track ABA Center of Katy, I take pride in caring and supporting our clients and staff. I have been working with children since 2017, during this time I found a passion for creating a fun, engaging learning environment that includes unique ways of learning and enabling everyday skills.
Michelle Richardson
I guide new clients through the process of starting ABA for their child from collecting information through starting therapy. I also collaborate with the team to hire new registered behavior technicians. I have a unique perspective towards ABA because I have three elementary aged children with autism. I have walked the path of new clients so I can offer them my experience and help them through the process.
